About
GAMES project aims to improve gender equality in the key leadership and decision-making positions of NOCs by promoting structural changes in the governance, enhancing the understanding on the existing cultural barriers and encouraging the NOCs to work with their member federations to create a sustainable change.

The GAMES project will run for two years - from April 2022 to March 2024 - under the guidance of the EOC EU Office. GAMES gathers a prestigious consortium involving European NOCs (Turkey, Greece, Belgium, Latvia, Ireland, Czech Republic, Germany and North Macedonia), the IOC, and renowned experts and researchers Professor Kari Fasting (Equal Rights in  Sports) and Rowland Jack (I Trust Sport).

The GAMES project is a Cooperation Partnership co-financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme.
