Following the successful submission of the previous deliverables, the GAMES consortium submitted its last deliverable, the “Evaluation Report”, in March 2024.
In order to track the progress of project and evaluate its implementation, systematic monitoring of all activities was undertaken to collect feedback from the target groups – direct and indirect beneficiaries. The final Evaluation Report focuses on questions related to the quality of the project management, consortium, meetings and deliverables, as well as on the impact and sustainability of the project. It also includes an analysis of any challenges encountered during the project implementation and the contingency measures adopted for the resolution of critical issues.
The Evaluation Report was informed by the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative feedback, which was collected regularly throughout the project.

Quantitative feedback was collected through online evaluation forms and focused on all project deliverables and events, namely the Transnational Project Meetings and the Mid-term and Final Conferences, including from any external participants or speakers. Overall, project partners expressed satisfaction with the quality and impact of the project deliverables, events, and communication.
Qualitative feedback was collected through bilateral meetings and in written form through open-ended questions, and focused on the project management, coordination and communication within the consortium, as well as the adherence of the project to its priorities and objectives and any country-specific challenges encountered by the partners. All partners were satisfied about the coordination of the project and communication among partners, as well as the support received to solve various challenges throughout the project lifetime.
Stay tuned to find out more on the legacy of the project.
